1. Order Cancellation

To protect the shopping rights of every gardener and take into account the special storage and handling requirements of gardening products (such as seeds, tools, planters, etc.), phbikprtuh accepts order cancellation applications under the following conditions, ensuring a fair, transparent and efficient process:
Unpaid Orders
If your order for gardening products (including gardening tools, flower seeds, planters, nutrient solutions, etc.) has not been paid, you may cancel it directly through your personal account center or contact our customer service team for assistance. All unpaid orders will be automatically canceled if no payment is made within 48 hours, without any additional fees, and will not affect your future shopping rights.
Paid Orders
Paid orders for phbikprtuh gardening products can be canceled within 48 hours of placement for a full refund, with no handling fees or service fees deducted. It should be specially noted that due to the particularity of gardening products—such as seeds requiring sealed packaging, tools needing sterile quality inspection, and planters requiring separate protective packaging—once an order enters the processing, packaging or shipping stage (including seed sealing, tool quality inspection, and logistics scheduling), it can no longer be canceled. We appreciate your understanding.

2. Return & Exchange Policy

We deeply understand that the quality of gardening products directly affects your planting experience. Therefore, we provide a 30-day return and exchange policy for all phbikprtuh gardening products from the date you receive the package, ensuring that every product you receive meets your planting needs and helps you create your ideal green space.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met simultaneously to ensure the product can be resold and will not affect future users:
The gardening product must be unused and in its original condition (e.g., gardening tools without scratches or wear, seeds unopened with intact packaging, planters without bumps or glaze loss, nutrient solutions unopened);
The product must be returned with its original packaging, including all accessories, instruction manuals, and labels (if any). In particular, sealed products such as seeds and nutrient solutions must be returned with intact, undamaged packaging and no leakage;
The return or exchange request must be submitted within 60 days of delivery. Requests beyond this period will not be accepted—due to the timeliness of gardening products (such as seed germination rate and nutrient solution shelf life), the product quality and resale value may be affected after the deadline;
Valid proof of purchase (such as order number, shopping receipt, or order confirmation email) is required to ensure order traceability;
Products returned without prior approval from our customer service team will not be accepted, and we will not be responsible for any loss or damage during transportation.
3. How to Request a Return or Exchange

To improve the efficiency of return and exchange processing and ensure your issue is resolved quickly, please apply for a return or exchange via email. Send an email to: service@phbikprtuh.com, and provide the following detailed information to facilitate our quick verification and processing:
Your order number (available in the order confirmation email or your personal account center, to help us quickly locate the order information);
The specific gardening product(s) to be returned or exchanged (including product name, model, and quantity, e.g., "1 pack of organic sunflower seeds, 1 stainless steel gardening trowel");
Detailed reason for return or exchange (e.g., "damaged seed packaging, inappropriate tool size, received planter inconsistent with the order, changed planting plan, product quality defect, etc.");
Clear photos or short videos (if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly sent, please take photos of the outer packaging and the product itself to clearly show the problem details for quick verification).
Once your return or exchange request is approved, our customer service team will send you the official return address and detailed return guidelines (including packaging requirements and logistics precautions) via email within 24 hours. Please return the product within 7 days after receiving the approval notice and promptly inform us of the tracking number to facilitate us in tracking the logistics progress and shortening the processing cycle.
4. Return Shipping Costs

The bearer of the return shipping cost will be clearly divided according to the reason for the return or exchange to ensure fairness and reasonableness, as follows:
Customer Responsibility
If the return or exchange is due to personal reasons (such as changed planting plan, wrong product model/size selected by yourself, dissatisfaction with product appearance, or change of mind without justifiable reasons), the customer shall bear the full return shipping cost. The estimated return shipping cost is €3-€10 per item, depending on the product size (e.g., small seed packs vs. large gardening tools), weight, and shipping location. The actual logistics cost shall prevail.
Merchant Responsibility
If the return or exchange is due to product quality issues (such as gardening tools with quality defects, damaged seed packaging with seed leakage, received product inconsistent with the order, broken planters, or leaking nutrient solutions), we will bear all return shipping costs. After verifying the problem, we will provide you with a free replacement of the corresponding product, exchange for the correct product, or a full refund, without charging you any additional fees, to minimize your losses.
5. Refund Process

After we receive and inspect the returned gardening product, we will complete the product inspection within 3 working days (to confirm that the product meets the return eligibility and has no man-made damage). After the inspection is passed, the refund will be processed in accordance with the following procedures:
The refund will be returned to your original payment method (such as credit card, PayPal, etc.) within 5 working days after the inspection is completed to ensure the refund arrives safely;
After the refund is processed, we will send a refund confirmation email to your registered email address, clearly informing you of the refund amount, refund time, and estimated arrival time;
The actual arrival time of the refund may vary depending on the processing speed of your bank or payment provider, usually 3-7 working days. Please be patient. If there is any delay, you can contact us for inquiry at any time.
Refund Deductions
In the following cases, a partial refund may be deducted according to the degree of product damage or loss to ensure fairness and reasonableness:
The gardening product is damaged due to improper use, storage, or transportation by the customer (such as scratched tools, damp seeds, broken planters, opened and leaking nutrient solutions, etc.);
The original packaging, accessories, instruction manuals, or labels are missing, affecting the product's resale (such as lost seed packaging, missing tool instruction manuals, damaged planter labels, etc.).
6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the estimated arrival time, please follow the following steps to troubleshoot and resolve the issue to avoid unnecessary troubles:

First, check your payment account (bank card, payment app, etc.) again to confirm whether the refund has arrived—some banks or payment providers may have delays in processing refunds, which is a normal situation;

If the refund is not displayed in your account, please contact your bank or payment provider to inquire about the refund processing progress and possible reasons for the delay;
3.
If the issue is still not resolved after completing the above steps, please send an email to service@phbikprtuh.com, providing your order number, refund application date, and payment method. We will immediately investigate and verify, and feedback the solution to you within 24 hours.
